Diamond Candles Review + GIVEAWAY!! {CLOSED}

I was recently contacted by Diamond Candles to see if I would review one of their candles, and I jumped at the chance!  I've heard a little bit about their candles, and was definitely intrigued by the fact that every candle has a ring inside of it.  A ring that could be worth $10, $100, $1000 or even up to $5000!  I felt like a kid waiting to find the prize in the cereal box!

To start with, let me just say that I probably spent at least an hour just trying to decide on what scent I wanted.  They have so many options - from floral, to fruity, to tropical, to spice, and more.  Their descriptions of the scents are so amazing, I wanted them all.  I finally settled on Vanilla Cream.  

I would definitely recommend this scent.  As soon as I received the package, I had to open it.  And I was enveloped with the most wonderful scent.  And that was before I even started to burn it.  Once lit, it quickly spread throughout the entire apartment.  Even my husband commented how good it smelled.  It was not over-powering; it was the perfect balance.  My only caution is that the flame burns high, so be sure not to have anything around it and have it up where kids can not touch it.

I couldn't wait to burn the candle down enough to reveal the foil pouch which contained the ring.

It was worth the wait.  After three nights of burning my candle, I finally saw a corner of the foil pouch, and carefully pulled that thing out!  The foil pouch contained a plastic baggy which held the ring.

I only got a $10 ring, but it is still pretty!  The gem is tinted a little yellow - so there is some color there. Rings come in sizes 6-8.  I'm guessing mine is a size 7 because it fit on my index finger.  Be sure to check out Diamond Candle on Instagram for many other ring reveals!
